Exam Results 2011
On 25th August 2011, 157 Year 11 pupils received their GCSE results. Many came into school to collect them. The Year 11’s GCSE results were fantastic! 79% of our pupils gained at least 5 GCSEs at grades A* - C, compared to the county figure of 67%. 67% of our pupils gained at least 5 GCSEs at grades A* - C including English and mathematics, compared to the county figure of 52%. 23% of all grades were at A* or A grade 28% of students achieved the English Baccalaureate
The latter figure of 67% was back up to our highest ever figure recorded in 2009 and this reflects a determination amongst both staff and pupils to achieve the very best. In terms of “value added” we remain in the top 15% of schools in the country. More tellingly, the achievement of individual pupils was very impressive. Reepham High School is a true comprehensive school with pupils of all abilities. In fact, the school’s intake almost exactly reflects the county and national average. So, our successes ranged from pupils such as Maria Seago who achieved 12 A* grades and 2 A grades at AS modules, to pupils with learning difficulties who passed one or two GCSEs at very low grades. We are proud of them all! Reepham Reunited Website Launched

This is Reepham High’s third consecutive “outstanding” OFSTED report which is, I believe, a record. It is certainly the highest scoring report ever issued to a Norfolk secondary school. An inspection report contains 27 judgements made on a 1-4 scale with 1 being outstanding and 4 being inadequate. Reepham scored 27 out of 27 grade 1’s. This is a Norfolk secondary school first.
